Sharing a city block with the Woolworth Building, the Four Seasons Downtown combines the Four Seasons hotel with condominium apartments in an 80-story tower. Once completed, the limestone tower will become an important landmark among the active Lower Manhattan skyline.

The program includes four floors of lobbies, lounges, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting facilities, a spa and fitness center… and over 75 floors of residential apartments and hotel rooms. It is projected to be completed in the summer of 2014 by developer Larry Silverstein.
