Rebecca Rusche has over 17 years of professional architectural and interior design experience based in New York City and most recently, Atlanta. Her project scope ranges from new construction multi-family towers to private residences and bespoke restaurants and hotels all across the United States.

Most recently, she has joined Studio Rusche as their founder and Director of Design and looks forward to continuing to innovate and design environments that deliver beautiful and functional spaces. Previously, she was at The Johnson Studio, a hospitality focused design firm. Her unique skillset of translating layered design narratives into beautiful built work contributes to both successful projects and many repeat clients. As a leader in her Studio, her critical project responsibilities include not only ensuring the health of the projects and clients, but also the health of the studio through project financials, staffing, hiring, & new business development. Her project typologies include Commercial Interiors, Residential Developments, Offices, Restaurants, Hotels, Student Housing, and even Cruise Ships.

Prior to moving to Atlanta, she was a Director at Brand Bureau, a branding & design agency focused on storytelling and hospitality experiences. As a Project Director of Interior Architecture + Design, she was hired to help grow the design development side of the studio & help navigate the complexities of bringing concepts to life.
